The measure failed on a 49-50 vote in the Senate after passing the #House in July. Four Republicans—Rand Paul (KY), Susan Collins (ME), Lisa Murkowski (AK) & Thom Tillis (NC)—defied Trump & joined #Democrats in voting for it. One “Democrat”, Sen #JohnFetterman (PA), voted against it.
