A long time ago now, but there was concern about the Welsh mountain Eryri (Snowdon) being sold.
My husband showed me an article and I said, "I don't know what the fuss is about. The paths to the summits are public rights of way. The mountain isn't going anywhere."
Then my writer brain went: Oooh! But what if it was going to be moved.
And that as how I got the idea for my cosy fantasy "The Mountain that Moved."
