#WordWeavers 2/26 Who in your book is most like a real person you've loved?
I suppose that, while imagining someone a 12 year-old boy would have a crush on, I was guilty of projecting a few characteristics of my own boyhood crushes.
Looking back, Crissiant does remind me a lot of my gf from college. Physically, they look a bit different, but how they act and show love, both for better or worse, makes me recall my old flame.
That wasn't at all intentional. I only noticed it after finishing the book.
