Word on Fire and Ascension Press have announced that they are the official publishers of the Liturgy of the Hours, Second Edition. The current edition was published in 1975 or '76 by Catholic Book Publishing Company. Kind of sad they didn't get the opportunity. (Sentiment, nostalgia. )
I'm not planning on getting the 2nd Edition; my copies are very special and sentimental to me by virtue of when and where I bought them and what I was being subjected to at the time by several family members (one, especially, in particular.)
