It will come down to the weight of the evidence available. If there is any ambiguity or doubt, I think the leftist-appointed members of the court will stick to their ideological lane. If it is overwhelming, there's a play because the court will not want to blatantly lose its credibility.
Once wonders if there will come additional pressure on the court, perhaps via intelligence services?
