The President and Vice President of the electoral court are Bolsonaro appointees. The other five are either Lula or previous leftist appointments. Thus Bolsonaro appointed hold the procedural advantage, i.e., will be able to start a process of annulment, but the final decision will require a majority of the court, I believe.
