But I was at this shooting outside a downtown Minneapolis arena after a high school graduation ceremony (my nephew, brother’s kid)
1K kids graduated, probably 6K or so family in attendance. We were all leaving the arena and then a few pops outside. Family and I had just exited the doors there
I thought it was balloons popping. Apparently that’s a common misread of the situation
