I can't reach your device. I also ran a 'fipsctl probe npub1..20pr'. It says your node doesn't show up in any of the bloom filters, meaning it's probably not getting any healthy peers. (Even if your DNS/TUN isn't working , it should at least show up in the bloom filters for me)
