Finally decided to stand down as a gis stackexchange moderator today. They expected me to parse and understand a 4 page new moderator agreement that someone people suggested required me to indemnify SE's legal fees if someone sued them for something I moderated. Since there's nearly no good work answers being generated over there any longer I decided it was time to step away.
