"content": "QUEEN OF DREAMS\n\n\n\nI've posted this before, but it's too good to exclude from a Negroni series. A british friend said it was \"a Negroni worthy of the Wimbledon\" which seemed to be a high compliment 😂 and yes, I tend orchids at my house just to have them on hand as a garnish.\n\n\n\nOriginal cocktail by Andrew Burton at the Horse Inn. The proportions are my best guess based on the mention of the White Negroni being their inspiration.\n\n\n\n- ½ oz yuzu curaçao\n\n- ½ oz Suze\n\n- 1 oz rosé vermouth\n\n- 1 oz strawberry-infused gin\n\n\n\nStir // strain // garnish: orchid\n\n\n\nMethod: combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir.
