1 Environment Canada (weather forecasting) is weird- day after day week after week over summer they have had 'Severe Thunderstorm Watches' - meaning the conditions are there, and not rarely 'ST Warnings' when tracking specific storms. Often the end result may or may not be much of anything depending on where you are and the storms hit.. Now this evening, no watch or warning and there was tons of lightning, downpour, hail, thunder at work in town-- contintued-
