I have somewhat of a balance between the two. Be yourself – but within fucking reason. The Jews don't seem to get that. Collectivism has worked for thousands of years because it's how groups function. Even among the Greek diaspora, there's still a lot of collectivism — you trust other Greeks, even if you hate them, more then xeni (foreigners). A Greek born in America is not a xeni (most of the time), but a foreigner born in Greece is a xeni.
