I'm looking for good resources on data hygiene. Specifically training materials, manuals, best practices, certifications etc for small and medium sized businesses that teach people how to handle file and folder management, drive ownership, collaboration, good designs for data reuse, retention and backup and archiving policies.
I figure fedifolk will know.
