An explanation for my absence here the last few days.
An old amalgam filling cracked one of my teeth in February and has been seriously infected the last few weeks.
So on Monday I finally got an appointment to see how bad it was. I had emergency surgery on Tuesday when it couldn't be saved, so I haven't had the time or energy to check in here much as I've been in pain and have had few hours of sleep.
