Can someone explain #cyberdeck / #solardeck trend to me?
How are they supposed to be #solarpunk ?
Are they anything more than aesthetics + the joy of customizing a piece of hardware?
I'm seeing things like https://www.tumblr.com/communities/solarpunk/post/825309385382330368/i-want-to-learn-how-to-make-cyberdecks-sooooo-bad and I don't understand how is it supposed to be more sustainable than your average used Thinkpad with a solar panel and Kiwix.
