Do not let the noise fool you. The chaos, the cruelty, the policies designed to protect the myth of white supremacy at all costs, are loud by design. Loud is what a system does when it feels the ground shifting beneath it.

And the ground is shifting.

There are wakes moving through this moment that the noise is trying to drown out. Wakes left by people, institutions, and movements that are no longer asking permission to name what has always been true.
