LOL, we have one hold-out customer determined to pay by cheque.
We upped the admin fee for cheques to £50 some time ago.
They paid, and paid several of them!
Their solution is switch to annual billing and pay the year in one big cheque.
Why would anyone, any organisation, not just pay by bank transfer or direct debit???
