All of them are built on mountains of debt, predicated on coming online quickly, so they can start making money to repay the debt. The timelines are incredibly tight. We don't even need to go into the question of whether they will eventually make enough money.
Simply delaying the build-out will create huge problems for them, and since this is such a speculative economy, merely the threat of significant delays is given debt holders the jitters.
This seems something to work with.
