I just now realized that I can turn my web-based password generator into a progressive web app (PWA).
Not sure why I didn't think about this before, but this makes it trivial for the user to install it locally so it's available offline, thus mitigating the ever-present web-based RCE.
I've lacked imagination in how to further improve this password generator, so turning it into a PWA will make for a great next release candidate. I'll make that a priority.
