This is rather uninterpretable. Prasad stops approval for covid boosters for under 65 and not at risk. This makes sense since, as far as anyone knows, protection from severe outcomes most of the population is mediated by long term T cell memory that came from the initial vaccination and natural infection. Boosting should only provide B cell mediated protection from mild symptoms for short months.

Offit was (is?) a vocal proponent of this thinking. In the article he doesn't seem to criticize the policy itself but the "framework":

Dr. Paul Offit, director of the Vaccine Education Center at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a member of FDA’s independent advisory group on vaccines, says he disagrees with the underlying premise of the new framework, which is that our Covid-19 vaccine recommendations haven’t been based on good evidence.

CNN doesn't clarify that Offit actually agrees with the policy. It's not even clear to me how Offit can claim that policies are based on good evidence and reasoning, since he disagreed with the original booster policy.
