#CCTV should always be in UTC. What amazes me is that police officers, even those dealing with CCTV, do not actually understand UTC or time zones.
Yes, helping police with their enquiries, and yes it is no secret a bank was robbed at 01:45 yesterday. But *which* 01:45 yesterday, there were two of them :-)
They also asked how accurate the time was - I then explained #GPS time servers.
I had to explain it all. Shame the footage was mostly useless, night time, lights, no chance of number plate.
