For the last twenty years I've been practicing artisanal hand-crafted autocratic human-powered moderation in the ErosBlog comments.
Capitalism meanwhile built outrage engines to attract all the traffic and expensive human/software hybrid moderation systems to keep those engines humming and predatory 3rd-party bots out.
But now the big outrage engines decided to burn their moderation systems and build in-house predatory bots.
People are gonna FLOCK back to human-protected social media spaces.
