I also saw this in Iceland. A family of four walking on a lava field, with signs in half a dozen languages that explicitly said to NOT walk on the lava field.
I was expecting to witness an entire branch of someone’s family tree being aggressively pruned by a collapsing lava tube as they all stood together taking selfies.
