A TEPP implementation will be tested in various set-ups with local keys and remote signers among 7 android devices in a realm of a ton of npubs with a bazillion events among 8 or so relays. Perhaps the android device fleet things is a bit particular, but if there is any interest in the nostr-simulation (the virtual relays) i can at some point put in a bit more effort into it so others can use it as well.
