Seriously, some of the worst UI/UX on the entire internet. Terrible layouts, confusing navigation, completely unintuitive, & unbelievably frustrating. Of all the websites that should be idiot proof, government websites should be at the top of the list. Yet somehow, they’re the exact opposite. Oh, you don’t have a master’s degree in engineering from MIT? Well, good luck fkn figuring out how to renew your business tax registration or pay your sales tax. It’s not like we’re trying to give them money or anything. Fkn crazy! 🤦🏻‍♂️
