I hadn’t had headaches the last few times I went cold turkey, but this time I had one yesterday and another today. I just had some steak and am of the belief that it helps :))) The most surprising thing was that I didn’t sleep peacefully last night. I actually had a long, stressful dream about an upcoming exam. But I guess that makes sense, given the exam I have ahead of me.
