However, spammer accounts don't get reported every week by the same person. They report it once and hope it will disappear for life. We can see that with Cyber Cat's posts that virtually don't get reported anymore while 1000s of users still want it gone. That's why I am saying relays have to review reports. Apps don't have enough knowledge to do that for them. At least not right now. We can add more options to the report nip to help people report invalid reports and restore somebody's account, but in the end relays will have to review to see if it makes sense.
