Two different rulebooks.&#xA;&#xA;Bitcoin goes into the Strategic Reserve. Under the March 2025 executive order, forfeited coin placed there shall not be sold. Its BNB lands in a separate stockpile, where the Treasury keeps full discretion. So the state sorted the two with its own hands: one asset it locks away, the other it keeps the right to dump.&#xA;&#xA;No sale was announced, and none is needed to read the thing. A decade ago the same government auctioned seized Bitcoin by the tens of thousands, one lot at a time, into a market that barely showed up. Today it still holds roughly 324,000 coins and writes rules to keep what it never bought.&#xA;&#xA;You don&#39;t have to approve of how those coins arrived to notice the admission. If the hardest money is worth hoarding, the case was settled in the state&#39;s own paperwork, a decade late.</html></oembed>
