In the past Drupal started as a CMS and even became the best CMS out there. With the adoption of the #PHP framework #Symfony the software involved into a toolset / framework to build any type of website / webapp. So the current version of Drupal is so much more than a CMS. With this new release of Drupal, the goal is to outline that niche feature of Drupal. I'm very curious how this will involve next year and if Drupal CMS can gain some traction in the competitive landscape of website building tools.
