I couldn't name it. I couldn't prove it. But my body knew.\n\nIt was a feeling in my stomach. A tightness in my chest. A voice that said \"this isn't right\" even when everyone around me said it was.\n\nThat feeling? That was the signal.\n\nIt's been overridden my whole life. By family. By church. By the system. By people who needed me to doubt myself so they could stay in control.\n\nBut it never went away. It just got quieter.\n\nWhat the Signal Feels Like\n\nWhen it's working, you feel clarity, expansion, empowerment. Questions arise. You want to think before deciding. Curiosity replaces certainty. Peace comes even when you don't have answers. Your voice gets louder.\n\nWhen it's blocked, you feel confusion, contraction, dependence. Answers get forced. You're pushed to decide now. Anxiety fills the space of not knowing. Their voice gets louder. Yours gets quieter.\n\nThe First Time I Ignored Mine\n\nI was young. Something happened. My body screamed. But no one asked. No one listened. So I learned to stop listening too.\n\nThat's what they do. They don't just silence you. They teach you to silence yourself.\n\nBut the signal doesn't die. It waits.\n\nThis Series\n\nOver the next few posts, we're going to look at what overrode your signal, how to find it again, how to test what's true, how to trust your own power, and how to build with others who are finding theirs too.\n\nIf you've ever felt something was off but couldn't name it, this series is for you.\n\nDrop a zap if this landed. Tell me in the comments: what was the first time you felt your signal but didn't trust it?\n\nNext time: What Overrode It.\n\n#Part1 #TheSignal #PrimalSeries #TheAnadaraCode #Unhooked \n\n"}
