It was born here. The first pilot was 38 public-school students in El Salvador, graduating in June 2022. It's CC BY-SA 4.0, so anyone can translate and adapt it with credit.\n\nThe part that surprised me: a Farsi (fa) version of the whole Diploma, chapters 1 to 10, is already sitting in their public curriculum repo. Someone did the hard part. Most Iranians have never heard of it.\n\nSo instead of starting from zero, my plan is to read it chapter by chapter, flag anything that's confusing or doesn't fit Iranian reality (capital controls, a currency that keeps losing value, throttled internet), and turn it into short lessons that spread well offline.\n\nAnother reply gave me a rule I'm keeping: translate the procedure, never the seed wordlist. And teach with a restore drill on a spare device until the learner can do it alone.\n\nQuestions for you:\n1. Do you know who worked on the Farsi translation, or anyone who could review it with me?\n2. For a censored country, what's the best format for offline lessons: PDF, printed booklets, audio?\n3. Taught a restore drill in a classroom before? What went wrong the first time?\n\nRepo: https://github.com/MyFirstBitcoin/mfb-curriculum\n\n#bitcoin #elsalvador #iran #farsi #education #asknostr"}
