Settings gets a Feedback section with "Report a problem" and "Suggest a
feature". Each opens GitHub's issue form with the app version and the
platform already filled in; the app itself sends nothing.
The bug report and feature request forms give those two fields ids so a
URL can fill them, and they are text inputs because GitHub only fills text
fields from a URL. config.yml points security reports to SECURITY.md.
