callback in pieces: no buffer, content with nothing to escape as one slice, and
from spans with no copy at all. Escapes such as \/ or é come out canonical;
a lone surrogate, which no event can hold, gets false from spans.

(unix seconds) and alt options and emit NIP-40 expiration and NIP-31 alt
tags. verifyProof no longer reads either tag as an unsigned metric: each
may appear at most once, expiration must be a unix time in seconds, and
expiry is not compared with the clock. The circle does not sign these
tags; the publisher's Nostr signature covers them, as it covers content.
