Went for a run this morning for first time in over a week and a little after a mile, right calf tightened up again. I was hoping a week off would alleviate.
Back to the drawing board. During that mile I could sense less stability in the right knee and forefoot compensating which I believe led to the tightening. Only things I can think of to improve this are more squats, planks, balance exercises and cycling for recovery bloodflow.
Anyone got any thoughts on this or other things I can do?
Got another workout in this morning on the trainer. Steady progress.

Its really time for nostr C->S protocol to move beyond just websockets, and extend filtering to properly support indexed search and efficient prenamed queries to reduce network overhead

I use refurbished dell optiplex units for 16-32 GB ram, faster cpu and interior space for drives. A bit larger but haven't had an issue with em yet and they used to be $100-$200
I needed something small with an integrated glide pad. So far so good
Not much larger than smaller raspberry pi setups, and way way faster and power stable. Potential contender for a node, but this one will be put to use running my bike trainer software.
