What of we live on a pyramid?
Someone I met at a meetup a while back just messaged me to ask if he should trade all his bitcoin for gold because he thinks “super intelligence” might steal his keys.
I told him yeah, he probably should.
Maybe someone will surprise the world and create a killer app for it, but I haven’t seen anything yet, or I’m just not smart enough to understand it.

Quoting:
"Steve Jobs was famously opposed to vertical touchscreens on laptops, labeling them "ergonomically terrible" and arguing that "after an extended period of time, your arm wants to fall off" due to the fatigue caused by reaching up to a vertical display.
He stated in 2010 that "touch surfaces don’t want to be vertical" and that Apple’s user testing proved the concept "doesn’t work" for computers.
Jobs believed touch input was best suited for horizontal surfaces like the iPad or trackpads, where users could rest their hands comfortably. "
Jobs was right, the new Apple is dumb and fad-driven because they have run out of ideas to genuinely benefit the userbase.
