Chilly here today. Was in the 30s when I woke up this morning. 🥶 My body hasn't yet gotten the memo that winter is coming, but pretty soon this will feel fairly warm.
Quiet weekend ahead, I think. Hubby is still hurting from either throwing his back out, or developing a pinched nerve. Maybe both. He refuses to go see a doctor - terrible fear of them, unfortunately. I hate seeing him in pain, but nagging him to go see someone isn't a great motivator.

Nostr Bitcoin: my expectations Vs reality
Somehow, I was expecting any Bitcoin owner with at least 100 whole coins to be chill as fuck.
I assumed that there's a point in life when rich people with a different mentality would look into other things, once the fuck-you-money status has been reached. The behind-the-gas-station level of philosophy doesn't count, and my curiosity about what's beyond received sad answers, because I was shown only doom and gloom.
The positivity stays only in hope, which is not a strategy, and I see only nuances of NGU, packed a bit more humanely. I see people bitching about the state when "the secret" should set you free of fear. If you are a bitcoiner, the only rule should be to stay out of prison while serving as an example by being the rotten apple in the system's basket. That's enough. Living loudly in fear is counterproductive as fuck.
So, dear bitcoiner, when did you laugh like a maniac last time? When did you act like a 12-year-old with your kids and be their clown? When did you decide to follow your dream of becoming an unsuccessful painter? With Bitcoin, you got yourself some time to use at your choosing. Use your Bitcoin, and especially your time.
