For iOS your options are pretty limited. We’re working on getting @nprofile…47c0 through the App Store maze, hopefully that will be available before the end of the year. It can handle both post types. I’m not sure which other ones to recommend, because I don’t use them very often. Wisp and Amethyst on Android can do both, but both manage relays very differently. Pretty much any client you use is going to be a completely unique experience. That’s Nostr for ya!

Right now, Let's Fo Live doesn't support third-party clients joining Voice Rooms directly, even in listen-only mode.
One of our priorities is keeping hosts in control of their rooms and how their content is accessed. There's also the cost of bandwidth and infrastructure when listeners connect, so opening rooms to external clients isn't something we're planning to support at this time.

You can only fix it by using a client that reads and writes to both kinds. Unfortunately, the two you mentioned don’t.
All of them technically. People conflate what fungibility means in these arguments. Every unit is interchangeable in like value for every other unit. To sanction the holder of the currency doesn't diminish the value of those units of currency. If they are seized from the holder they will fetch the same value on the open market. These fungibility arguments conflate the unit value of the currency with the reputation of the holder.
