You basically said Nostr relays is like if you post on Facebook, I go to Facebook to find your content and if Bob posts on X, I go to X...
Well, right now, relays are not websites, they are dumb relays and no one can figure out which relays they should point to.
If a relay was actually a website, designed for publishing... Like a website that helps you edit and publish photos, and it just had a Nostr API, that feels like what you were saying, and feels like it solves the "what is a relay" confusion too
@npub180c…h6w6 the point of njump is to make nostr SEO. What would drive people more to jump at it than finding nostr events that mention them by name? What do you think? Could this work to drive adoption? Implementation should be almost trivial. A bit controversial around stalking concerns but that's why nostr could better tackle the "find my friends" than platforms.
I copy pasted the url, no imeta for that
Thank you for the boost! 💛💛

what a beauitful pleonasm! 🥹
(Ardour is free as in freedom and the devs put a lot of blood sweat and tears in it. If you stick with it, consider donating to them)
Was wondering about that. I saw LMMS doesn't support audio in. But not heard much on ardour. Will have to investigate!
Would be cool to sync with @nprofile…6ulc and @nprofile…a4k8 . their show is kind of v4v-day-every-week already 💛 the more the merrier kind of jazz :aliendance:

Dyne.org's very own @npub1wvt…erf8, together with the Plan-B Foundation (Lugano, CH) are introducing: Bitcoin Roots.
Bitcoin Roots is a #BitcoinCore based full node that preserves selected conservative policy and operator controls from #BitcoinKnots.
It follows Bitcoin Core-compatible consensus and does _not_ enforce RDTS/BIP-110.
Read more about the project here:
https://plan-b.foundation/bitcoin-roots/
Find the source code here:
https://github.com/LuganoPlanB/bitcoin-roots
You can read it natively on nostr too

Did @npub1v5u…n0v5 really remove all the podcasts from their website? :godmode: It's no longer a place to listen, it's a place to learn about Products, Features, Resources and Pricing. :hurtrealbad: There's literally nothing there for the audience. :goberserk: Not even a hint that you can register as a listener. :feelsgood: It's for podcasters to pit their podcast against each other, for only 25 petro-dollares / month :finnadie:
You'd probably lose unless the specific state has a labor law protecting that status. I don't know of any that do.
Well, i tried to delete a concord i was the owner of and it worked: everyone in it lost every message, reaction they'd ever shared with the group except of course what matters: the friends they made along the way. Which is inherent to nostr itself.
(no anon was harmed in my little experience)
