Went for a run this morning for first time in over a week and a little after a mile, right calf tightened up again. I was hoping a week off would alleviate.
Back to the drawing board. During that mile I could sense less stability in the right knee and forefoot compensating which I believe led to the tightening. Only things I can think of to improve this are more squats, planks, balance exercises and cycling for recovery bloodflow.
Anyone got any thoughts on this or other things I can do?
Got another workout in this morning on the trainer. Steady progress.

Watching survivor 51. Not bad, but gads there are some annoying people in this one
Fun fact. They never show that film on Cruise ships 😂

Watching Mockingjay Part 1
They have that playing on a loop by the buffet hand wash basins 😂
I had a similar discussion earlier today 😂

It's like Forex, but it's 1 better 😂
Apologies, we've not met before, my former job title was chief shitpost officer, I'm in charge of the bad jokes around here.
Also, don't do it, because you're gambling against professionals who have better information, resources and lower latency connections than you can obtain.
i.e. In the case of HFT, High Frequency Trading, anything over 2mS latency drops your returns by 90%.

I think that’s one of my blogs? Is it in my book as well?
I’ve done one of those Everglades boats before. The one with the big fan just behind your head 😅
They have no Casino, just a ball pit for the kids 😂
Yeah, classy, just like their passengers 🎩
Usual out of season capacity 😂
I like to make myself available to the needy and unwashed. It’s the way I give back 🫡
You have a sea captain face. What you doing in the peasant area?
Here’s the money shot.
I’m on a ferry ⛴️🎉

Closest to 4.5 hours on a ferry I can do is about the same amount of time on my dad's pontoon boat in the swamps.
I did the Isle of Man ferry which is 4.5 hours 💪
Challenge on. Catch one or don’t, it’s up to you 😂
I dunno, you’re talking to NOSTR’s No. 1 foodie and lifestyle influencer. I don’t associate with those kind of people, no matter the nationality 😂
I keep thinking I need to get to one of our ferries to show you but they're all like 4+ hours from me.
I am agreed on the part that founders should keep their company like 58% of share .
Well, if they can split the atom, they should be able to split a pea ⚛️
Get into the meat curing business 😂
That's true, but cheapest does not mean most secure.
We’re catching the ferry right now 🫡
Pretty sure it’s the cheapest option?
I actually had to check with AI, because I wasn’t certain that Guinness was technically beer, but it is 😅
You did what? 😱
No refunds 😂
You can see some of the notes all of the time, or all of the notes some of the time.
But nobody gets to see all of the notes, all of the time 😂
Yay Ferry Godfather returns!!!
I knew I shouldn’t have built up expectations 😂
Now you have my attention 😳
I don’t want to get the community too excited, but I’m waiting at a ferry terminal.
Ferry selfies incoming 💪
I know that, but the new Liana update makes Taproot the default. I just wonder why.
They're just vibing, like us pro coders 😂
I HATE WINDOWS, USE LINUX
There’s no option to abstain 🥹

Welcome
If you'd like some help about this weird protocol we call NOSTR I wrote some guides here:
https://mikehardcastle.com/
I would start with this one here for some basic concepts:

If you have questions, the tag #asknostr is a good place to start.
If you want to write a brief hello, use the #introductions hashtag to allow people to find and welcome you.
Enjoy freedom speech and money.
