#racecrossworlds I GOT THE WIN STREAK PLATE :D
Sadly i've never watched avatar the last airbender
Now to get to 1k fest points

Why must the politics of the creator of something taint that thing's existence 🥲
Or use odysee. https://video.iris.to and https://vidstr.shakespeare.wtf exist too
#nevent1q…gsck
#RaceCrossWorlds Ok my vehicle got spun around again... at least there was no monster truck spam like the last festival

#RaceCrossWorlds 1k fest points for Avatar Legends (or The Last Airbender idk) :>

Twitter (who wants to be called X) just released XMoney to the public. Even though X gave $5 just to open the account, it's just another bank. I would rather have my Nostr NMoney... which is actually just Bitcoin.

How did that one can of root beer cost almost $900

@nprofile…vhl6 I just saw in Amethyst a setting that lets you fold NIP29 relays into a single entry in the DMs; it would be nice if there was also a setting like this for Concord
I wish Apple and Google didn't collaborate only in emergencies like the COVID pandemic or when AirTags were stalking people
I want them to agree on how earbuds communicate so that my CMFs work well with iPhone and Android 🥲
@nprofile…zq5c's Agora exists, but sadly it only supports onchain (no Lightning) and it was designed more for charity fundraisers than Kickstarter startups
And not the games themselves, but their draconian anticheat methods.
#nevent1q…q2a0
People might be able to understand what their private key is but would have to figure out where to keep it (for me the nsec is in a password manager).
@nprofile…vhl6 will Amethyst ever support the multi-device sync feature for Cordn?
Speaking of this format of Amethyst i’m glad you made this version of the interface so there’s a good Nostr client for Android tablets.
Sad that right now the only good nostr clients for iPads are probably Ditto, Iris, or YakiHonne (and Yaki is starting to encrapify a little, they have a subscription like Primal’s)
If Amazon is ditching their Google-less ways, does this mean they're getting rid of the Amazon App Store at some point?

@nprofile…sx7w why is nostria broken again?
Hey if anyone wants to see this documentation for Nostr I was working on here it is
https://book.littlebitstudios.com/4/a-guide-to-nostr
I like that on Nostr you can build your follows by copying the follows of people you like. It's very easy on @npub10qd…arpj's Ditto
Why is there a tropical storm with the name of one of my friends 😅
#RaceCrossWorlds just... why :crying:

Does releasing with ngit still trigger updates for Zapstore users?
If you ever wanted to see all of my clips, they're on my Fireshare server
EVERYTHING is there, no matter if I specifically shared it on social media or not

Artist gets FLAMED on Bluesky because they dared to make any content about Harry Potter, just because of J.K. Rowling's thinking.
I think yunayu would like Nostr. Maybe. Get to stick it to TwiXter, but without bluesky's lefties.

Decided to set up Ditto's Top 8. Here's the rationale behind the accounts on there.
- @npub18h3…72r4: A friend from outside Nostr. He's pretty cool :>
- @npub1600…889v: Someone I've gotten to know well on Armada. A nerd who thinks like me in some ways.
- @npub12w7…ktz3 and @npub16ye…g4wn: The developers of @npub1hru…f3yh. Both are very friendly, enjoy speaking to them about open technology in the Vector Concord room.
- @npub10qd…arpj and @npub1jvn…89sc: Team Soapbox have done great things on this platform, and all of them are great to talk to. I name MK Fain specifically since she's pretty cool and an early diVine user, I left a funny comment when she made a diVine about how Ditto can read diVines 🤣
- @npub1spd…q6j7: Developer of Primal, probably Nostr's best-known client. Very eccentric person, some of his posts are interesting
- @npub1x5t…h2p2: Developer of Nowhere. Probably one of the most interesting Nostr projects I've seen that isn't just another social media thing.

I messed with Hermes because I could connect it to a copy of Gemma running in LM Studio on my old Dell G7 that has a GTX 1060 and 32gb system RAM. Also because omarchy made Hermes and LM Studio easy to install
Can't use the big tech agents with local models
hey @npub1zl3…jajh I'm being met with that unavailable page on nostria again.
I've seen this My 9 Games trend going around, so here are some games I thought were particularly notable to me as a gamer :>

If only someone could make Fanbox on Nostr where subscriptions were paid in Bitcoin.
I may not condone mature content, but if the Japanese want to produce such then let them do it.

Just updated my MacBook, I find it fun that the window buttons on MacOS are now glass jellybeans 🤣
I forgot that Salmon Run sometimes makes me want to rip my hair out more than Sonic Racing CrossWorlds 🥲
Im glad i have good friends but my goodness it is the most fun yet infuriating experience ever

The new mariokart world update has done NOTHING to make the experience of joining friends in world matches better, especially for knockout tour. They really need to highlight friends and tell you if a friend left, since i want to stay with a friend if i join them.
I've started categorizing internet technologies/services into 3 categories based on how their infrastructure is architected.
Centralized: Basically every big service you know. The users of a service talk to one server or a network of servers all controlled by one person/organization. You're left up to their whims.
Distributed: There are still clients and servers, but the servers all speak a common language (known as a protocol) and can be operated by anyone. Some protocols have varying degrees of trust, with the Fediverse placing the trust of someone's data and identity in a single server operator and Nostr using trustless cryptographic identity and distributed data storage.
Peer to Peer: There are no servers. Users of the service directly communicate with each other, with few to no middlemen (BitTorrent trackers, STUN/TURN servers, etc).
