@阑夕

The Seed Phrase Companion (SPC) is available.

Most bitcoiners know how to protect their keys from strangers.
But have you prepared for the mistakes someone who loves you might make?
They find an old backup.
They assume it's the right one.
They ask someone for help.
They follow instructions from a random website.
Every decision made with good intentions.
And potentially irreversible consequences.

That's why I created SPC.

A digital Bitcoin continuity workbook that helps document the non-secret information around your self-custody setup: what exists, what to preserve, who may help, and what must never be revealed.
Not another place to store your secrets.
A way to leave fewer dangerous questions unanswered.

#AQSTR Value for value flipping the order is the key point. For a century labels, platforms and middlemen ate first and artists got paid last. A fan paying the artist directly in sats removes that whole line. Great quote from Joe Martin in Ep 6. How does he get fans on board?

‍Hang Seng Index Overhauls, Plans to Include Anthropic

Hang Seng Index Company is restructuring its Hong Kong-US Technology Index, with plans to add AI firm Anthropic, PBC, pending its IPO. This move reflects a broader trend of integrating companies in decentralized computing and AI into traditional benchmarks.

The index will rebalance to an equal-weight basis for its nine U.S.-listed constituents seven trading days after Anthropic's IPO. Methodological updates for 2026 include a revised selection universe, a fast-inclusion mechanism for IPOs, updated replacement rules, and liquidity requirements.

2026-10-28T09:26:18Z

From the perspective of Political Science, Ephesians 6:18 addresses profound themes related to power, civic responsibility, community solidarity, and the role of spiritual strength in society.

> “Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;”— Ephesians 6:18 (KJV)

### 1\. Power and Spiritual Strength

In politics, power does not come only from money, positions, or control over resources. Beliefs, ideas, and spiritual strength can also influence how people act and make decisions.

The verse emphasizes the importance of continual prayer. From a political perspective, this can be understood as a reminder to maintain moral principles and inner strength when facing pressures from authority, personal interests, and society.

### 2\. Vigilance and Political Responsibility

The phrase “watching thereunto” emphasizes alertness and vigilance.

In political life, citizens must remain alert to misinformation, abuses of power, and decisions that may harm the community. A healthy society needs people who not only hold convictions but also observe carefully, think critically, and act responsibly.

However, vigilance does not mean distrusting everyone. It should be accompanied by critical thinking, evidence, and a commitment to fairness.

### 3\. Perseverance in Adversity

The word “perseverance” refers to persistence and endurance.

In politics, positive change rarely happens overnight. Protecting justice, improving institutions, and advancing the interests of the community require patience, discipline, and long-term commitment.

The message is that people who pursue ethical values should not give up easily simply because they encounter opposition or immediate setbacks.

### 4\. Solidarity and the Common Good

The phrase “supplication for all saints” refers to praying on behalf of all believers.

From a political perspective, this suggests the importance of solidarity and responsibility toward the community. A sustainable society cannot rely solely on individual interests; it also requires concern for vulnerable people, those facing hardship, and the common good.

This principle can be connected to social solidarity, civic responsibility, and cooperation among members of society.

### 5\. Ethics and the Limits of Power

Prayer can encourage people to examine their motives, behavior, and responsibilities in light of moral standards that go beyond personal interests.

In politics, this raises an important question: Should power be used to serve private interests or to protect people and the community?

Responsible leaders need more than managerial competence. They also need integrity, self-control, and an awareness of the consequences of their decisions.

Nevertheless, in a pluralistic society, religious beliefs should be applied alongside the rule of law, accountability, and respect for everyone's freedom of religion.

### 6\. Prayer as a Form of Nonviolent Resistance

Throughout history, prayer has sometimes served as a source of spiritual strength for communities facing oppression, injustice, or conflict.

From a political perspective, prayer can strengthen courage, solidarity, and the determination to pursue change without resorting to violence.

However, the verse itself does not directly present a theory of political resistance. This interpretation develops from its broader themes of perseverance, vigilance, and concern for the community.

### Conclusion

Ephesians 6:18 can be understood as a reminder of the importance of spiritual strength, vigilance, perseverance, and solidarity in political life.

The central message: A good society requires more than power and laws. It also needs people with strong moral principles who think carefully before acting, persevere through adversity, and care about the well-being of others.

From this perspective, prayer does not necessarily replace political action. Instead, it can serve as a spiritual foundation that motivates people to act responsibly, defend justice, and serve their communities.

The British tried White Slaves in Barbados.

Buyers found that Mad Dog Irish were very dangerous to own. Their culture had no comparable institution to chattel slavery, and owners wore out a lot of good whips trying to teach them. Plantations were burned and fortunes lost.

Eventually the traders found the most economical solution was to simply kill the Irish men preemptively, and breed their widows to more tractable Africans.
