My llm machine is now chugging through some representative benchmarks that the model wasn’t trained on.
Dual channel makes quite the difference if you have to offload experts to RAM.

The Nuclear Moment of Technological Entrepreneurship
When disruption is no longer enough, transformation becomes the weapon.
For a century, entrepreneurship has been taught as a competition.
Find a market. Identify an inefficiency. Build a product. Raise capital. Capture a vertical. Expand horizontally. Defend your position.
Entire generations of entrepreneurs have been trained to fight inside architectures they did not design, using infrastructure they do not control, under economic assumptions they are forbidden to question.
But what happens when an entrepreneur stops competing within the system and discovers a way to transform the system itself?
That is where disruption ends.
That is where E → E′ begins.
I. The Nuclear Analogy
Einstein's famous equation changed humanity's understanding of the relationship between matter and energy.
E = mc²
A profound relationship was hiding beneath ordinary physical reality. Its discovery eventually helped unlock an extraordinary concentration of energy.
Now consider a different kind of transformation.

And can this produce measurable advantages in cost, reproducibility, or performance?

IV. The Incumbent's Impossible Defence
Here is the uncomfortable economic consequence of a genuine substrate-level breakthrough.
An incumbent can defend against a competing product.
It can reduce prices, acquire startups, increase distribution, lobby regulators, and deploy capital to protect its margins.
But how does an incumbent defend an obsolete architectural assumption?
How does it defend the requirement for an expensive intermediary when the underlying operation can be performed independently?
How does it defend proprietary verification when evidence becomes portable and reproducible?
How does it defend computational scarcity if a fundamentally different method achieves the same result with dramatically fewer resources?
It cannot preserve an assumption merely by spending money on it.
It must adopt the new architecture, demonstrate a superior alternative, or accept the consequences.
That is the crucial distinction.
The deepest entrepreneurial breakthrough does not need to defeat every incumbent. It needs to invalidate a dependency they all share.
