I went a little too hard on the exercise bike yesterday. My hips and hamstrings achethis morning.
Taking my friend to see Wicker tonight as a belated birthday gift. I haven't been out to see a movie in a very long time. Really looking forward to going out. Other than getting groceries or going to appointments, I end up not leaving the house much.
It's also getting to be the time of year I dread. As much as I dislike extreme heat, I also hate winter. I always feel trapped and constantly on edge, just waiting for something bad to happen. It's gotten better since my doctor increased my anti-anxiety meds, and I now take a boatload of Vitamin D and sit in front of my sun lamp every morning. Still though, I dread winter. Cold and dark and often dangerous to drive in.
Anyway. I have to find things to look forward to. It's the only way to get through.
