I chop up swiss chard/kale, carrots, onion, and garlic in the ninja, because I don't have a food processor and my 16 year old ninja thing is still a rockstar, and saute it. That gets mixed in with the ground meat, egg, and panko. Then I put it in muffin tins and top it with a balsamic and dijon ketchup. They stay really moist with the veg and it sneaks some viggies in to some meat.

Very hard to find a 7900XTX nowadays.
Go for a R9700 AI PRO instead. It comes with more gigs, ECC, and also FP8 support. Unless you can find the 7900XTX for much cheaper.
