This is where blossom servers and BUD-10 come in. Unfortunately most nostr clients today don't support BUD-10. The good news is, it has never been easier to implement. Just whisper it to your agent, and it can be quickly done.

The real issue is neither of those things. Correlation is a reasoning process and just one tool in the toolbox. If you reject a tool just because it is misused by incompetent people, you might as well say that the tool itself is useless. That's why I said it's foolish: tools aren't scary, but people using them without proper guidance are.
Finding useful correlations, trying to harden the heuristic is a rational and logical thing to do.
