I saw Zootopia 2 without seeing the first. I thought it was surprisingly nuanced for a kids' movie without being too heavy handed. The cultural references were fun without being too obvious (though bordering on it).

If I understand correctly, the distinction is in something that inherently prevents movement (straitjacket, hogtie) vs something that doesn't unless used to do so (collar, harness).
