Found this incoherent, unnatural and absurd. It's just a lot of parroting and mixing of Mark and Jonathan's messaging with no consistent underlying train of thought thereby rendering the whole thing meaningless. He keeps going on and on about national security actors but completely incapable of explaining what's it all for.

Talks quite a lot about his interactions with the american communist party making it sound like he's since abandoned them. If you needed to keep a load of people securely held under protective custody where would you most likely do that? I was thinking antarctica in some underground bunker powered by a small nuclear reactor but then you'd need a ton of people involved for maintenance and upkeep and that would be too risky.
