Warhammer 40,000: Space Marines II is on sale right now on Steam for $15 (normally $60) so I pulled the trigger on it (pun intended).

This is the first Warhammer game I’ve ever played and my initial impressions are: Holy moly this game is awesome!

And unlike Gears of War: E-Day, this game actually runs on my older PC, and runs well.

Gears of War - The OG. Excellent campaign with many great moments. Multiplayer is unpolished but lays a great foundation.8.5/10.

Gears of War 2 - You will become emotionally invested in the story. Multiplayer is more polished and more friendly to less-skilled players. 9/10

Gears of War 3 - Incredible campaign with more emotional severity, TONS of multiplayer content. 10/10. The best of the original games.

There’s a recomp of Castlevania 64 out there called CV64 but sadly it’s complete trash

It’s entirely vibe-coded and has several issues including but not limited to:

- It runs at a 4:3 ratio, no matter what you select in Settings. It also stretches the image horizontally to fill the widescreen display

- Runs at or below 30 fps

- Controller remapping doesn’t recognize the triggers properly or right thumbstick

- Soft locks unpredictably

- Visual bugs with geometry at the edge of the fog

I don’t trust Discord as far as I can throw them.

Plus they make you pay money to use animated custom emojis and avatars (lol)

That’s why we set up a Matrix space instead.

Or if you prefer, we’ve bridged to Armada :blackmage:

2026-09-22T01:19:25Z

Iron Lung (2026) is a movie about Markiplier pressing buttons and yelling while in a submarine for 2 hours.

The film has horrid pacing and virtually zero storytelling. The viewer has no concept of the world, the stakes, the motives of any of the characters, or any sense of payoff after the movie concludes. It’s just plain exhausting to watch.

Markiplier isn’t the best actor in the world but even Leonardo DiCaprio couldn’t make this movie shine.
