The process and prompts they used were not documented. I set up a call with them to do a handover and they can&#39;t remember what they did. One of my teenage kids got the 2FA code from my phone and we lost our minecraft licenses (&amp; had to wipe 2 PCs for safety). M$odt has no-one you can contact about this, nothing you can do. They changed the email address twice passing the account through a burner email account.
