I tanned religiously from age 12-68-ish and never got it. (But I have olive skin.) Unfortunately I did get seborrheic dermatitis but it's hereditary and not caused by the sun. It's hideous but mostly covered by clothes.

Also I still get zits at 72- hereditary too.

Sunscreen/cream is mostly an expensive scam. It's better to just not tan during the height of the day (10-2) and don't stay out for more than a couple of hours/day especially before you've built up some melanin. Wear protective clothing if you burn easily.

You still see a diagram sometimes for how to use a sit toilet. You have to carry your own toilet paper if you think you might need to go away from home. I've been out of touch with the news for almost a year and have not been able to learn about much that's happened. All I heard is that Meta promised to stop fucking with FB (etc) as much. I don't use FB at all now so I have no idea what they're doing except making it harder and harder to sign in and use Messenger - so I use it even less.
